PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We are proud to offer full project management, from initial consultation to installation of your finished product. Each order is assigned a project manager who is up to the challenge of meeting the scheduling constraints that come with our industry. Your project manager guides your order through the production process to ensure no details are overlooked and to answer questions whenever you need assistance.

ENGINEERING

To serve our clients better, we strive to stay current using the latest technology for engineering and drafting. 3D Modeling gives our clients a greater understanding of their project and helps insure the results they expect.

PRODUCTION

Custom Wood Working

We also invest in the latest technology in our production processes. After engineering is complete, work orders are sent to our panel processing department, which incorporates multiple CNC machines. From there, our skilled craftspeople assemble the products keeping quality in mind. It all comes together in our final assembly area – wood, metal, glass, electrical, and fabric are finalized to tour clients’ specifications.

Custom Metal Fabrication

Over the past few years, we have expanded our metal fabrication capabilities. We have added a laser cutter, Hass Mill (12’), V-grooving or shaping custom bends. We also perform bending, waterjet cutting, welding, and polishing.

FINISHING

Our finishing department is one part art and two parts chemistry. Finishing services include paint, custom metal finishes, patinas, bluing, and glass back painting. We also offer paint matching for even the most difficult-to-match international colors. Steady hands and more than 30 years of experience ensure your pieces are beautifully finished.

LOGISTICS

To serve our clients better, we strive to stay current using the latest technology for tracking projects to give our clients a greater understanding of the process and to help insure the results they expect.

INSTALLATION

We guarantee on-time delivery of your finished project. Our installation crews are ready to travel to your location, wherever you are. We have national and international experience with finished projects across the United States and Canada.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We uphold the highest standards in quality and excellence through every step of the production process. Final inspection is completed before being released to our shipping department. Units and parts associated with each unit are individually hand wrapped for protection and labeled for ease of installation.
